La Gatta has been immaculately restored and decorated with great care by the owner. It is situated near Castoro 1 and 2 in the small peaceful, hillside town of San Ginese on the outskirts of Lucca, a 15 minute drive to the tennis club.
This property has a beautiful location, surrounded by olive groves and has excellent views across the valley.
Upstairs, it comprises 1 double bedroom, and 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a lounge area with TV. Downstairs, there is a kitchen with a dining room, twin bedroom and bathroom. The twin bedroom and dining room open out onto the garden area.
The swimming pool will be open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
